  • How do I know what size to order?
    Please see my tips on how to measure your head circumference on each product page under the heading "Sizing". Exchange and/or refunds are only available for customers who are not satisfied with the quality of their hat, NOT for change of mind or wrong sizing (unless the incorrect size was an error by Boushi Boots).
  • Which countries do you ship to?
    Boushi Boots currently ships within Japan and Australia only. Please send a message from the contact page for an update on your region and I may be able to ship to you!
  • How can I track my order?
    A tracking number and web link will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Refer to "Shipping and Returns" page for shipping times. Please allow 5 business days for production on top of the shipping time.​
  • Where can I purchase a hat from your previous collection?
    The Boushi Boots website currently only displays and sells hats from the new collection which features original Boushi Boots fabric. If you would like to purchase a hat from a previous collection, please visit https://minne.com/@boushiboots (within Japan only). For international buyers, please contact me though this webiste's contact page.
  • Where can I find my invoice?
    To reduce paper waste, we will not send you a hard copy of your invoice. Instead, we will send you an E-Invoice upon request. E-Invoicing means a reduced carbon footprint - removes the printing, sending, storing and destroying of paper.
